My approach to coaching you
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can clarify goals, find solutions, and move forward with confidence.
Each session begins with defining the client’s goal. I ask many questions and provide space for reflection to understand their true motives, reasons, and possible courses of action. It’s important to answer honestly and be open to dialogue—coaching requires the client to do most of the talking, and I ask questions that guide the process. If a request extends beyond the scope of coaching (for example, therapy or mentoring), I communicate this directly to set expectations and provide a clear understanding of the format. We discuss the schedule, format, and personalized working conditions. At the end of each session, one or two action steps are developed that help move toward the goal, develop thinking skills, and apply new approaches.
